Feedback of 2026-10-09: with two instances on one host, a new school and its login link went to the first instance; there was no way to choose an instance (except --dir) and none to remove the school (D017).

• --instance <name> for one command; apcmd use [<name>] chooses for the next commands (registry current), without a name shows it
• order: --dir > --instance > AIVOPOD_HOME > apcmd use > the only instance (also outside /opt/aivopod)
• several instances and none chosen: every command except install, list, use, version, self-update, snapshot restore stops and names them
• with several instances every command first says „Instanz „…“ (dir)“; apcmd list marks the chosen with *; install of a further instance points to apcmd use
• apcmd school delete --school <name|id> [--yes]: dry run with what goes, backup advice, the school's name as confirmation (without a terminal only --yes); needs platform ≥ 0.11.0-rc.6 (delete-school, aivopod-app #197)
• tests (tests/instance_choice_test.ts): stop with names, --instance, use, AIVOPOD_HOME, single instance, delete with wrong/right name and --yes
• help, README, D017; version 0.10.0 (merging releases it)

Which instance: --instance <name>, apcmd use <name> (remembered in the registry), the only instance by itself; with several and none chosen a command stops and names them, and every command names the instance it acts on; apcmd school delete shows what goes, advises a backup and asks for the school's name (D017, aivopod-app D184); 0.10.0 ... 38af27e410
