apcmd spoke German only, without a switch; the platform and aivopod are multilingual.

  • Language from --lang, then APCMD_LANG, then LC_ALL/LC_MESSAGES/LANG; German if apcmd has no catalog for it
  • One catalog per language in src/messages.ts (a missing key is a type error); German the only real one
  • ops.js in the API image gets --locale <lang> (supported since B07)
  • Pseudo language qps-ploc (only explicit); tests: help, usage errors and results contain no German left, placeholders kept
  • Help names --lang; D012; version 0.6.0-rc.8
