Plan 6, F07: apcmd status shows the learning server's stores. Version 0.6.0-rc.2.

apcmd status prints, from the platform's ops health check store (aivopod-app 0.6.0-rc.4), how many entries and files the learning server's stores of all schools hold and their size in MB. Older platforms have no such check, and then the line is left out.

Tests: tests/flow_test.ts (status with the check); 55 pass.

To be merged after the platform release 0.6.0-rc.4.
