Release 0.16.0 of the CLI, built for platform 0.20.0.

  • Imports @aivopod/packtools, @aivopod/shared and @aivopod/skintools 0.20.0 (lock updated).
  • pack build no longer copies the SDK into the bundle: the bundle asks the platform for it, and the manifest says sdk: "platform" (aivopod-app D254). Bundles shrink a lot (web-grundlagen: 205 KB → 44 KB). Packs built this way need platform 0.20 or newer.
  • Built-in pack texts synced from the platform catalog (no changes).

Checks: deno task check green (95 tests); pack test (130 tests) and pack build of web-grundlagen with SDK 0.20.0 green with this CLI.
