Release 0.15.0 of the CLI, built for platform 0.19.0.

  • Imports @aivopod/packtools, @aivopod/shared and @aivopod/skintools 0.19.0 (lock updated).
  • Packs with only games build and test (aivopod-app 0.18: games/<id>/index.ts without challenges); games may name their audiences (D246).
  • Built-in pack texts synced from the platform catalog (cli:pack.error.noChallenges names games too).

Checks: deno task check green (95 tests); pack test and pack build of the games-only pack aivopod-games/double-up green with this CLI.
