Release 0.14.0, built for platform 0.17.0.

@aivopod/packtools, @aivopod/shared, @aivopod/skintools pinned to 0.17.0: packs carry their student API with name tables per code language (names/<lang>.json, aivopod-app D218), bot games (D225) and PixiJS views (D217).
Pack texts synced from the released platform 0.17.0 (clean worktree of origin/main).
deno task check green locally against that worktree (95 tests).
