aivopod-app Plan 12, G8 (CLI part, D207), on top of #48.

• aivopod game new <name> [--kind learning|reward] [--dir]: scaffold from packtools newGame; works offline
• pack preview: learning games are assignments game:<id>, their runs live in memory (never checked); the preview names /spielvorschau/<pack> when the pack has games
• pack template: tsconfig checks games/*/*.ts with lib: DOM
• Acceptance end to end with the released 0.13.0: pack init → npm install → game new triff-die-zahl → pack test (10 green, unchanged) → pack build → tsc clean
• deno task check green (95)
