The organisation registry now keeps only the newest 10 stable versions per package (aivopod-app D179); the pinned @aivopod/sdk and the CLI version installed in CI were removed, so npm install and the CLI install failed.

• @aivopod/sdk 0.10.0 (package-lock updated)
• CI installs aivopod-cli/latest (now 0.9.1, built for platform 0.10.0)
• pack build and pack test green locally; pack version unchanged, no release
