Task B25 – Paket-Vorlage, Umzug von grundlagen (aivopod-app docs/PLAN-2.md §9), pack part.

• @aivopod/sdk from the organisation's npm registry (.npmrc, version 0.3.0-rc.2) instead of link:../../packages/sdk; npm with package-lock.json instead of pnpm
• Tests import describe/test from @aivopod/sdk/test; no vitest
• .forgejo/workflows/pack.yml and .githooks/pre-push exactly as aivopod pack init writes them
• README: working with the released aivopod CLI

B25: SDK from the registry, CI and pre-push hook from the pack template ... 1ac7d20f7f

@aivopod/sdk comes from the organisation's npm registry in the platform's
version (.npmrc) instead of a link into a platform checkout. Tests import
describe and test from @aivopod/sdk/test and run with aivopod pack test,
without vitest. The Forgejo workflow and the pre-push hook are the ones
aivopod pack init writes.
