Version 2.1.0 for platform 0.17.0 (aivopod-app Plan 12, G13/G14).

• objekte on the student API: describe(animal) in English, beschreibe(tier) in German (names/de.json); the teacher picks the code language per assignment, and the same test cases pass in both (D218–D221).
• New bot game "Stäbchen-Duell" (sticks-duel): entscheide(ansicht) / decide(view) in the student API; the class's bots play tournaments (D225, D226). README updated.
• @aivopod/sdk 0.17.0.

Checked locally: aivopod pack test with CLI 0.14.0 – 138 tests green; build with the released packtools 0.17.0 ok (only the known single-language warning); --previous against 2.0.1 accepts 2.1.0.
